Getting Paid: 3 Payment Options for Your Coyote Loads

Carriers that move freight with Coyote have the flexibility they need to get paid how they want, when they want. Our streamlined payment process helps you get paid on time, every time. 

Use CoyoteGO^®, our digital freight platform, to quickly upload documents and get paid faster using the payment method of your choice.

Below are Coyote's payment options — select the right one that is right for your business.
 

1. TriumphPay

TriumphPay is an open payments network used widely across the transportation industry for its secure, transparent transactions.

All carriers who haul in the Coyote network must register for TriumphPay and connect with Coyote Logistics in their online portal or mobile app.

Once you do so, you have two options if you wish to receive payment directly through TriumphPay.

• Standard payment terms. The default payment terms for all network carriers is payment within 30 days of Coyote receiving your invoice. For less than truckload carriers (LTL), you have the option of being paid within 15 days.
• 48-hour QuickPay. For carriers who want to get paid faster than the 30-day standard terms, Coyote offers two-day QuickPay via TriumphPay with a 3% fee to the carrier.

2. Get Paid Within 24 Hours

You just dropped off a load and need to get paid right away to keep cash flowing to your business.

Good news! We offer same-day pay via TChek code for fuel or final payment with a 4% fee to the carrier.

For top performing carriers in our network, we offer special perks like faster payment terms and discounted QuickPay rates.
