Chicago Tribune Names Coyote a 2018 Top Workplace

For the ninth consecutive year, Coyote has been named a Top Workplace by the Chicago Tribune. This year, Coyote holds the #22 spot in the large employer category.

The top workplaces are determined solely by employee feedback. Companies were selected by employee surveys that measure everything from company leadership to communication, career opportunities, working environment, managerial skills, pay and benefits.

What makes Coyote such a great place to work? It’s what our people do together that really sets us apart. Our culture is built on a team environment that welcomes challenges and celebrates success. It’s pretty simple: work hard, get rewarded. We’re also committed to developing our employees through continuous education and training. Plus, one of Coyote’s driving values has—and always will be—”to do the right thing every time.” This includes doing right by our people and our communities by empowering our employees to own their own altruism through numerous volunteering and fundraising opportunities.

We’re always on the hunt for smart, authentic people who want to do the right thing and have fun doing it. If you’re interested in learning more about Coyote or exploring open positions, click here.
