Coyote Acquisition Opens Trailer Doors for UPS
In a step that could prove transformative for its supply chain business, UPS is buying Coyote Logistics, a powerhouse in the truckload freight brokerage industry. The $1.8 billion transaction with private equity firm Warburg Pincus is expected to be completed within 30 days.
