Leveraging The Power of Your 3PL

In its March 2016 issue, Food Logistics focused on how food and beverage customers can optimize their relationships and results with 3PLs. “It’s extremely important that a 3PL understands a customer’s overall business objectives and what key performance indicators the customer uses to monitor its network and drive business decisions,” says Senior Director of Operations Michael Sinkovitz.
