Coyote Logistics Fuels Strategic Vision and Innovation with Expanded Executive Team

Evolving leadership team represents a new wave of thinking to meet the changing demands of today’s shippers and carriers.

Amid a rapidly evolving global freight market, Coyote Logistics, a leading, global third-party logistics (3PL) provider, is pleased to announce several strategic appointments and hires to its executive leadership team. With a future-forward approach, the group is focused on driving new and innovative ways of thinking and problem solving strategies that are rooted in customer and carrier success.

“The logistics industry is transforming at a brisk pace, and at Coyote, we’re always thinking about how to move things forward,” said Jonathan Sisler, Chief Executive Officer, Coyote Logistics. “We’ve assembled a team of innovators at the helm, and we’re excited to continue introducing the industry to new, cutting-edge perspectives and solutions, all while advancing our long-term corporate vision.”

The newly appointed leaders complement Coyote’s seasoned executive team that includes Chief Executive Officer Jonathan Sisler, Chief Strategy Officer Chris Pickett and Chief Operating Officer Geoff Kelley. Coyote’s C-suite will work collectively to drive the business into its next growth phase by advancing its three core focus areas of broadening and deepening solutions, providing omnichannel, scalable technology and creating seamless experiences for shippers and carriers. Coyote’s new Strategy & Innovation group, led by Marcus Brambila, the company’s recently appointed SVP of Strategy & Innovation, will play a vital role in bringing those solutions to market.

Coyote recently announced the creation of the Network Solutions group, led by Chief Solutions Officer Nick Shroeger. The group will serve as an innovation lab that brings together resources across Coyote’s UPS and Fleet Solutions departments. The group will deliver customer-first products and services that combine Coyote’s history of technological innovation and decades of supply chain expertise to solve shipper and carrier challenges like never before.

As part of its unwavering customer focus, Coyote has also launched Carrier and Shipper Councils that allow Coyote’s industry experts to work one-on-one with shippers and carriers to better understand their challenges and develop solutions that are relevant to the market today. With technology fueling many of those solutions, Coyote has appointed Brian Work as Chief Technology Officer to leverage those customer insights to build digital freight solutions of the future.

To bring these solutions to market and perpetuate company growth, Coyote has elevated the leadership across sales, marketing, finance and talent by appointing Scott Schara (Chief Commercial Officer), Christina Bottis (Chief Marketing Officer), Sandeep Pisipati (Chief Financial Officer), Jorge Diaz (Chief People Officer) and Jason Rice (SVP, Legal). Coyote continues to believe it is the combination of people and technology that will be the key to achieving the company’s vision of delivering smarter supply chain solutions and strategic insights that empower the success of both shippers and carriers.

“While technological innovation is critical to keep up with changing market demands, we know it’s not enough on its own – you also need the skilled people who can use and advance the technology to make it valuable for our customers,” Sisler said. “That’s why we’ve focused on investing in our people and developing a strong leadership team that represents this new way of thinking and embodies it day in and day out. This is an exciting next chapter in Coyote’s story.”
