Coyote Logistics Announces Executive Leadership Change

Today, we are announcing important changes to our executive leadership team.

We are excited to announce that Sandeep Pisipati, who currently serves as our Chief Financial Officer, has been appointed as the new CEO of Coyote Logistics.

This appointment comes as Jonathan Sisler announces his decision to pursue other opportunities.

Sandeep has been with Coyote for five years and has been an integral leader with a track record of delivering strong business results through a unique approach to corporate strategy, financial management and people leadership.

With over 18 years of financial leadership experience across the public and private supply chain and healthcare sectors, he brings a depth of skill, knowledge and passion to the role.

During his time with Coyote, Sandeep has transformed our corporate finance functions and reporting structures which created greater operational efficiency.

With his background, he brings demonstrated expertise in all facets of corporate finance, a deep understanding of our relationship with UPS and expertise in navigating freight market cycles.

In addition to strong financial performance, customer relationships are essential for success in the logistics industry. Sandeep recognizes the importance of customer experience and understanding their needs as they evolve.

About Sandeep Pisipati:

Sandeep Pisipati is the CEO of Coyote Logistics, a leading global third-party logistics provider and subsidiary of UPS.

He joined Coyote in 2018 as SVP of Finance and Accounting and brought with him 15 years of progressive experience in high-growth environments. He took over the role of Chief Financial Officer in 2019 and has since been responsible for leading Coyote’s financial strategy, reporting, and vision.

He plays a critical role in supporting Coyote’s synergy efforts with UPS. Prior to Coyote, Sandeep served as VP of Finance and Accounting at Stericycle, a publicly traded healthcare services company.

He has served internationally in Europe and APAC, where he successfully completed 24 International acquisitions including identification, due diligence, negotiations, and P&L management spanning 10 countries in North America, Europe, and Asia.

Sandeep has an undergraduate degree in engineering. He also has a master’s degree in finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and most recently completed the Executive Leadership program from Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford.
