VP of MM Operations Kait Parker Is a 2023 Women in Supply Chain Award Winner
After 13 years of exemplary service to Coyote, our VP of MM Operations Kait Parker has been recognized by two leading logistics industry publications.
Kait is a 2023 winner of the Women in Supply Chain award, presented jointly by Food Logistics and Supply & Demand Chain Executive. She joins a group of standout professionals from a wide range of roles across the supply chain, from truck drivers to CEOs.
“I’m honored to be recognized alongside these deserving professionals who drive success, growth and positive change in our industry, while often balancing family or kids and social responsibilities,” said Kait. “It’s an encouraging sign for the field that so many qualified women are not only participating but influencing the space today.”
Recognizing Excellence Past, Present and to Come
In selecting winners of the Women in Supply Chain award, the two publications took into account a number of factors, including career accomplishments, recent positive impact on workforce development in the global supply chain, and concrete plans to continue making a difference in the future.
Kait excels at all of the above. Throughout her time with us, she has risen steadily from an entry-level operations rep role through a number of manger- and director-level positions to her current title of VP of MM Operations. She has been instrumental in creating new roles and processes to improve efficiency and collaboration across departments at Coyote.
Her achievements as a logistics expert are matched by her commitment to creating a positive, diverse workplace at Coyote. Kait is an active member of the Coyote Women’s Alliance (CWA), Black and African American Networking and Development (BAAND) and Latin Achievement and Leadership Organization (LALO), as well as an active leader in the creation of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Collective.
Kait continues to work tirelessly to ensure each of these groups works together to mutually support all women and minorities across the organization.
Congratulations to Kait for earning this honor, and a big thank you for the commitment, hard work and inclusive spirit she will continue to bring to Coyote in years to come.
